GZA GeoEnvironmental names Jonathan Selden as in-house legal counsel

GZA has named attorney Jonathan Selden as in-house counsel in its Corporate Risk Management Department.
A member of the bar in Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey, Selden most recently served as corporate counsel for US Ecology Inc. and has also served in senior legal positions at National Response Corporation, ENPRO Holdings Group Inc., and TMC Environmental.
GZA President and Chief Executive Officer Patrick Sheehan said: “Jon’s broad expertise in legal matters including contracts, risk management, data security, and acquisition due diligence and integration, combined with his experience working with leading environmental companies, make him an ideal addition to our Risk Management Department. Along with all his GZA colleagues, I’m excited to welcome Jon to GZA and look forward to the guidance and insight he will help us provide clients to solve complex challenges in natural and built environments.’’
Selden earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, where he edited the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum & Journal, and earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from BC as well.
