In the latest issue of the Climate Change Business Journal, Wayne Cobleigh and Megan Granato, the Town of Groton, CT Sustainability and Resilience Manager discuss partnering on the Downtown Mystic Resiliency & Sustainability Plan, including project funding, implementation, and the need for climate resilience to extreme heat and flooding to protect small businesses and residents in historic village of Mystic.
