Frank Vetere is an Associate Principal and leader of the Real Estate Client Sector and the Due Diligence practice group at GZA. He presently manages several Brownfields development projects and oversees client relationships with several major national financial institutions.
He has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Analyses, Hazardous Waste Remediation, and Construction Monitoring. His practice areas include supporting Brownfield Redevelopment Projects, soil and groundwater investigations, and environmental due diligence. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn (now NYU School of Engineering) and his Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Rutgers University. He is a Licensed Site Professional in Massachusetts and a Registered Professional Engineer in nine states.
His professional activities include membership in the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Licensed Site Professional Association, the Environmental Bankers Association, and NAIOP-Massachusetts.
