GZA’s natural hazard vulnerability assessments range from regional, State and community-scale, to asset portfolios (e.g., power generation and transmission systems, public utilities, etc.), to “building-scale” facility assessments.
GZA’s Level 1 and 2 vulnerability assessments extensively utilize geospatial data tools such as FEMA Hazus™ to assess both hazard vulnerability and hazard impacts. GZA’s Level 3 assessments provide more detailed, site-specific analysis include asset inventory details, connectivity and systems-based and component-based assessments. GZA also prepares Phase I and II Hazard Vulnerability Assessments (HVA’s) real estate due diligence reports to support property transactions and asset management.
